CEO
Lorrie has been involved in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years. Her experience includes residential management, association management, real estate brokerage ownership, leasing and maintenance supervision. Lorrie provides a strong financial background with experience in creating and implementing budgets for association communities, residential and commercial properties. As the company owner, Lorrie has the perspective of the landlord and the ability to make your property profitable.
Jason Saal
Managing Broker
Jason offers over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has been involved with various residential and commercial leasing transactions, millions of dollars sold in residential, multifamily and commercial properties. Current and past management includes association communities, residential and commercial properties. Including creating budgets and financial reports as well as overseeing maintenance staff and contractors. As the managing broker, Jason provides the knowledge to maximize your property to its fullest profit potential.
Alex Jacobs
CFO
Alex provides the financial knowledge to support your property. With years of experience in community association financials, she has help manage over 80 communities with total budgets over $9,000,000. Alex also is equipped to handle the management of maintenance crews and contractors. Alex has the desire to make sure the numbers work for your property.
